Well we have our first Christmas with a baby in the books! It was wonderful. I kept looking at my beautiful family and thinking how unbelievably blessed I am. The holidays with a a baby is SOOO much fun! Well, anything would be more fun than last Christmas, which I spent with my head in the toilet and a little wiggler in my belly all alone. It was no bueno...
This year Jacob got off for Christmas so we made our rounds to all the family parties. Dodd Christmas Eve at Steve & Tiff's new house, McGuire Christmas Eve at my cousin Joel's, Hill Christmas Eve at our home, then everyone spent the night at our house to wake up and see what Santa brought Cruz in the morning. Then Christmas Day off to Gilmer for the Hill family Christmas at my grandparents then back to Longview to prep for an impromptu Christmas party at our house after other plans fell through. The party was SOOO much fun Jacob's parents and his brother, Joe & his kids, his sister Becca, along with my parents and sisters, the missionaries, some of our neighbors, and little Stevie were all here. We had Mexican food, played games, listened to Christmas music, laughed, talked, and Cruz decided to take a paci for the first time that night! A Christmas miracle! lol
Anywho Cruz was showered with an obscene amount of presents and of course all he was really interested in was the paper they were wrapped in. Precious! Here are a few shots of our holidays...
